„Needed a place to stay prior to going kayaking on the South Branch of the Potomac. Grilled out steaks for dinner, microwaved breakfast, and was only 30 minutes from the river at Romney. Nice little town, but don’t expect too much. Most things close at 5p and are only open on select days. I would recommend doing your homework if that is what you are looking for.“

„This is a historic property right in the heart of Marietta. We had 5 people and were all very comfortable here. Easy walking distance to restaurants and sites downtown. Nice shower. Check in and check out were very easy and exactly as described.“

„Property is a beaut! You don't get to use the garage and there is no wifi, but the pool was beautifully maintained and the house itself very welcoming and well maintained. The appliances worked well, the A/C was a lifesaver for our visit (August - HOT), and it was very quiet at night. Our children very much enjoyed the downstairs bunkbeds and recliner couches (lots of knickknacks down there, though, so don't let little hands near them!). Didn't love the swing on that treehouse (steep fall off) ...

„This house has a lot of unique charm! Everything was super easy and we enjoyed our stay. Just check yourself for ticks as the area has a ton. Besides that we love Etlan, Ducards, White Oak Canyon trail. Cannot wait to return to the area! “
