Sweet Virginia Seas is located on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue, a mere 2-minute walk to the beach. This spacious 3,300 square-ft., 4- bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home has it all! The open floor plan can accommodate large groups and the 4 bedrooms sleep 12+, with beds to spare. The house is equipped with linens, beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and other beach toys located in the 2-car garage. The fenced in back patio has a charcoal grill, beach lounge chairs, a covered porch and an outdoor shower. The entire space is yours. The house is great for a family week at the beach, a fun weekend with friends, or a good place to work from home! The kitchen is large with a lot of counter space and the dining room can seat 12. There is no wall between the kitchen and tv room, allowing for large group hangouts. Someone looking for a quiet space, can lounge in the smaller living room off of the foyer. Upstairs are two king-bed bedrooms, a bedroom with a queen bed and one set of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom attached. The couch in the smaller living room is a queen sleeper sofa. There are two monitors in the master bedroom. There is also an upstairs nook complete with TV and lounge chairs. The garage has beach chairs, coolers and a beach cart, as well as the beach toys listed above.

Parking: There is a two-car garage, and the driveway can fit 1-2 cars depending on size. There is street parking too. The garage faces Atlantic Avenue. We do provide a garage door opener along with a set of house keys. Please be considerate of our neighbors who share a driveway with us (please don't block their driveway access) and whose property backs up to ours.
