Pets are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.

To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and residents, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including:
Inside condo units
Balconies & patios
Hallways, stairwells, and walkways
Pool & lawn areas

A $500 fine applies to violations.

Registered Guests are welcome to go in any part of the common areas, which include the pool & pool deck, and the private beachfront lawn.

Other things to note
The saltwater pool is not heated. Opens May 15th and closes October 15th.

Given the age and layout, Ocean II Condos is not ADA/ANSI compliant.

Pets are not permitted.

We rent to a maximum of two guests.

Any type of Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the condo and the condo complex property.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Inside the condo units
Balconies and patios
Common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and walkways.
Outdoor: pool and lawn areas within the complex
Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine per incident.
