„The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!“

„Wir wollten ein Hotel in der Nähe des Xfinity Theatre und das haben wir bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, allerdings war in den Ecken Dreck gelegen und es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Für 2 Nächte um ein Konzert zu besuchen in Ordnung, ansonsten lieber mehr Geld ausgeben. “

„Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist at the desk. She was extremely friendly. And I thought this is gonna be a wonderful experience. I rode the elevator up to the third floor to my room. I entered the room and my room immediately smelled like smoke. I did pay for a non-smoking room. I noticed missing spackle on the wall, a stain that looked like Kool-Aid on the carpet and the hairdryer was hanging off of the wall. The cord to the cable box was also hanging out of the cable box ...

„Das Hotel liegt zentral zu den meisten Anbindungen und hat ein gemütliches Erscheinungsbild. Der Außenpool war leider im Oktober schon geschlossen, was seasonal entschieden wird. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und für jegliche Hilfe bereit. “

The generations of bugs that live there. The broken down, faded, chipped furniture. Yes, feel like I'm lucky to have escaped with my life.“

„Their shuttle runs 24 hours. Close to airport so when weather pushed my flights to next day this was my first and now always choice in Hartford. I forgot a valuable in my room and front desk turned out needed key in a second. At 3:30am I was able to snag some breakfast too! Started my day with a smile. Thank you“
