„There was a liquid soap dispenser that didn't work and it fell off the wall. It was hanging on a screw. There were two tiny bottles, one shampoo and one conditioner. There were two of us, so we didn't take a shower the next morning. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on. When we checked out, the lady told us there was a button at the bottom of the unit we should've turned on. How could we have known about it? There weren't many TV stations to watch and at check-out, I heard two other guests ...

„Wir wollten ein Hotel in der Nähe des Xfinity Theatre und das haben wir bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, allerdings war in den Ecken Dreck gelegen und es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Für 2 Nächte um ein Konzert zu besuchen in Ordnung, ansonsten lieber mehr Geld ausgeben. “
