Amber was so kind and accommodating when I couldn't check in until 10 PM, then she stayed with me and talked to me about all the things going on over the weekend and some great places to explore. The room was clean and just super cozy. The Jacuzzi was perfect. I missed breakfast both mornings and they were very understanding. I cannot wait to stay here again and catch breakfast next time! “

„We stayed 3 nights and I can’t get back there soon enough! We were only scheduled for 2 nights but loved it so much we extended our stay- we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The room we stayed in was Raphael and I cannot say enough good about it. The balcony was my favorite. It was huge and had a porch swing as well as 2 other chairs. „Wir waren auf der Durcheise von Dallas nach Kansas City und fanden Eureka Springs als schönes Städtchen irgendwo in der Mitte. Es war noch keine Saison, viele Resaurants waren geschlossen. Das Hotel haben wir gebucht weil es ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gab. “

„The folks here were so great. I told them it was my husband’s birthday and they went all out, without even asking or anything. They made us feel welcome and special and weren’t overbearing or anything. Was a great treat of a place to spend a stormy night. “

„Great, easy access location on the hwy. The jacuzzi tub rooms have their own parking and level behind the building next to the pool. The view was extremely relaxing and quiet. The room had a wine/champagne bucket and 2 glasses that was a nice touch for the jacuzzi tub. Loved the ceiling fan and the strong air conditioner kept the 90 degree heat outside. Friendly staff and everything was nice and clean. You wont be disappointed.“

„Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Leider ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Unser Zimmer war mit einem Queen-Bett und einem kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Es war so wenig Platz, dass man nicht einmal zwei Koffer aufmachen konnte. Wir hatten selbst in Chicago Downtown für den Preis ein größeres, besser ausgestattetes Zimmer. Eureka Springs ist ganz nett, aber übernachten würden wir nächstes Mal woanders“

„Staff was kind and informative. Beds slept great. Heat and AC worked. No microwave in rm but have one available. Refrigerator was in room. Rooms have carpet. My room had a jetted tub but inside the jets was super dirty. Room kind of stuffy. At night they have a roaring fire and provide the ingredients for s’mores. If you want more than one snore kit drive 2 min to dollar general and buy all the smores stuff you’d life. I’d do back. It’s clean. It’s safe. It’s rustic. “

„Stay was ok. Breakfast the first day was short a few items, but was still ok. WiFi worked fine in the room, but not in the lobby. Room was comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive. As far as I could tell, probably the only hotel with an indoor pool in Eureka Springs, and it seemed like it was well maintained. The hot tub was not functional, looked like it needed to be relined. Close to several local restaurants and shopping. Only 5 minutes for downtown. Only negative is the bathroom. No ...

„Exceeded my expectations! The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!“
