Qualität der Speisen und Auswahl des Buffets eher mittelmässig. Personal im Restaurant war freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier aber sicher fehl am Platz“

We made new friends again this year. We will miss Cleophas greatly when he retires. The hotel is always clean, there are plenty of food choices, the activities are varied , the employees are always the reason we come back and never consider any other hotels.“

The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. „We are not resort types but this one is the best of both worlds. You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. Staff throughout amazing and good in English. “
