„Mucho ojo con estos hoteles que no respetan reservación!!! Me cancelaron la reservación que hice mediante Expedia sin aviso. La cancelación fue como 5 horas antes del Check-in mientras yo estaba viajando en carretera. Cómo iba a llegar posterior al check in, les marcaba por teléfono para avisarles y no me fueran a cancelar y no podían enlazar la llamada.
