„The DoubleTree by Hilton is a very good hotel, clean, calm, comfortable bed and a great service. I can highly recommend this hotel to anybody you will not regret it. The only thing which i didn't liked that the pool was closed cos they were repairing it. So far so good i mean at some point it has to be made. „Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. “

„This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. „So, this place is quite OK in terms of facilities - quite a new hotel, well decorated. However, I have never felt more unwelcome to a hotel than at the Hyatt Place in Managua. Had several small issues: no proper check in, long waiting for service, false charges on my credit card (I guess staff is still in training), but never had a friendly encounter throughout my stay of 3 days.
