THE HOME:
This thoughtfully-built and designed home features three floors, each with at least one bedroom, a bathroom and common area. Freshly built in 2023, it has the perfect layout for up to three families. The house is ideal for families visiting their kids at App State, a several-family getaway or even an incredibly romantic getaway. Get steamy in the cedar barrel sauna and soak in the hot tub, all while taking in the view at our amenity-rich home.
FIRST FLOOR:
As you walk in, you’ll enter the open floor plan kitchen/dining/deck-access areas. The master bedroom has a king bed and is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR:
On the second floor, you’ll find another full bathroom and a peaceful bedroom with a king bed overlooking the forest through a gorgeous picture window. This floor feels like you’re in a treehouse with a loft area for reading or yoga and a dedicated workspace. The views from this floor are just as spectacular as the main level.
BASEMENT:
The basement contains two bedrooms - one has two sets of twin bunk beds and the second bedroom has a queen bed. A Pack N’ Play is located in the queen room’s closet as well as a cozy crib mattress. Please bring your own crib sheet. The common area features a large-screen smart TV and a large, comfy couch for movie watching. The sliding glass door will take you to the sauna and hot tub. Washer and dryer are also on this floor.

4WD is recommended during winter months due to ridge location. The house is at the very top of a steep hill. We do not provide refunds for road conditions.

You will have access to the surrounding area around the property including the hot tub, sauna, outdoor furniture, fire pit, grill, and deck chairs. Towels for sauna and hot tub are provided.
★ INDOOR SPACE ★
This is a no-shoe home. Thank you for removing your shoes after entering.

One security camera is located at the front of the house pointing at the driveway for your security and to ensure the proper number of guests. No cameras are located inside the property or the other yards.
★ NEIGHBORHOOD ★
This house is a place for visitors to enjoy the mountains and experience a peaceful break from everyday life. We are in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. No parties. We ask that you please drive slowly on the roads.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age and will be asked to sign a liability waiver after booking. You must agree to these rules within 48 hours of booking. All rule violations are considered grounds for immediate cessation of your trip without refund.
