Welcome to your private mountain retreat in the heart of Valle Crucis!

Your mountain escape begins before you even arrive. Cross a private bridge over the Watauga River, wind through the woods on a quiet mountain road, and arrive at your secluded retreat tucked among 1.5 acres of forest. It's the kind of arrival guests remember long after their vacation ends.

Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious two-story home offers plenty of room to gather while still giving everyone their own space.

**Main Level**

* 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed
* 1.5 bathrooms
* Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, bakeware, dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more
* Spacious living room featuring a cozy fireplace, Roku TV, and comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa
* Large dining room that comfortably seats 10+ guests and can also serve as a dedicated remote workspace

Step through the French doors onto one of the home's most-loved features—the expansive deck. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, watch the sunset over the mountains, or simply relax while surrounded by nature. The deck includes outdoor dining furniture, Adirondack chairs, a foosball table, a wooden cooler, fans, and sunshades for added comfort.

**Lower Level**

* 3 additional bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds
* 2 full bathrooms
* A second family room with a Roku TV, pool table, and a selection of board games—perfect for movie nights or friendly competition
* Laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use

Outside, you'll find plenty of free parking for multiple vehicles, making arrivals easy for larger groups.

Whether you're gathering around the fireplace after a day on the slopes, enjoying dinner on the deck as the sun sets, spotting deer from the yard, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and mountain charm for an unforgettable Blue Ridge getaway.

Guest access:
You have access to the entire main house. The apartment above the detached garage is for the owner's use only.

Guests do not have access to the field nor the river house beneath our paved driveway. This is private property of another owner within our community.

Other things to note:
We have high-speed internet! Perfect if you want to change up your workspace for the week or stream your favorite movie or show on our various TVs.

Must be over 25 years of age to book and be one of the guests staying. This is also a smoke-free house, meaning no smoking of any kind inside the house or on the decks.
