„Ziggys is a really nice place, staff is friendly and breakfast is simple but very good. We visited in winter and the room radiator had a little trouble heating the room well, so I recommend you take warm pyjamas (the provided blankets did the job though).“

„Avevamo la camera numero 1. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura senza grandi pretese ma purtroppo ha deluso anche quei pochi standard che dovrebbe avere. Comunicazione pressoché assente, abbiamo dovuto contattare sempre noi il referente per avere informazioni base per il check-in e check-out. La camera era davvero messa male, il gabinetto era staccato dal pavimento, la doccia era in realtà una piccola vasca con un doccino attaccato alla parete che non essendo regolabile permetteva di lavarsi solo ...

„Pros: La limpieza y la ubicación. Cons: En la piscina teniamos música , no muy alta, y vi o un propietario de muy malas formas muy maleducado. "Wir hatten eine „one bedroom suite“ in der 10. Etage. Ein riesen Wohnzimmer (eigentlich mit geschätzten 60m2 zu gross), ein tolles Schlafzimmer mit Ankleide und grossem Bad, eine super Terrasse mit weltklasse Meerblick und alles sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel verfügt über sieben Restaurants. Alle nicht günstig bis sehr teuer, aber sowohl qualitativ wie auch personell absolut top. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet war doch immer etwas sehr stark frequentiert. Da merkt man dann doch, dass das Ritz kein Boutique Hotel ist, sondern eine respektable Grösse hat. Speziell Hervorheben muss man das Personal. Grossartig und äusserst Dienstleistungsorientiert - Top. Danke und gerne wieder."
