„This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.“

„Sehr nettes Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück. Pool und Hottub sind sauber und einladend. Das Zimmer ist sauber wenn auch etwas „Abgegriffen“ und Reparatur bedürftig. Alles in allem ist der Preis etwas hoch angesetzt für das was man bekommt. 70$ weniger wären angemessen.“

„Die Bilder vom Hotel wirkten gegenüber dem Original etwas aufgehübscht. Es ist sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Streckenweise wirkt es etwas schmuddelig. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und vollgestopft.“

„I stayed there for two days. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is cute and in a good location. It was easy to get to downtown and a few hiking spots. It was quiet at night. Breakfast selections were decent, and the staff were friendly. I will definitely stay again. “
