„This is by far one of the best places my husband and i have ever stayed! It had a beautiful balcony, very nice room, they had breakfast and an evening snack, plus it was in walking distance to shopping and other dining.“

We was disappointed that the hotel does not feel like home, specially on Sundays while every store and restaurants are closed and there is nothing to eat. What if you supply simple snacks with coffee and tea like fruits and cookies will appreciated very much.“

„The property is beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly. The spa was down during our stay which was a bummer. Breakfast was great all 3 mornings. We arrived a few hours early and had to pay $50 extra to check in early. Didn’t like that, so be aware of that. Otherwise, 5 stars! “

„The Berlin Grande Hotel looked quite new and was very clean. The grounds were lovely. I wish the weather had cooperated so that we could enjoy the patio and fire pit area. Our room was large and comfortable. I could occasionally hear noise from adjoining rooms, but it was not enough to be disturbing. For a free hotel breakfast, it was quite adequate, and the breakfast staff made sure to keep everything well stocked. We would definitely return to the Berlin Grande Hotel.“

„Nice hotel, but about half of the rooms are not facing the (in fact) beautiful garden, but the parking lot or are in the basement with zero daylight and rubble outside. I had a room with big pipes for air conditioning and the room keepers washing machine running next door. Don't know if it was just bad luck, but you may want to make sure that you get one of the nice rooms shown on the website. “

„My only complaint would be that the room was very dark. The Inn is lovely. The staff was accommodating. Food was fabulous. It just would have been nice to comfortably read without needing a book light. “
