„I’m a dedicated Marriott: Bon Voy member. I’ve traveled the globe staying at Ritz Carlton locations for decades. Upon arrival the check in was very smooth and was greeted respectfully by the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop located un lobby had the entire system go down so could serve guests. The service pool side and their drinks were exceptionally poor. The tv in the room didn’t work and when explaining I was offered points as a solution. „The room was absolutely disgusting. The smell was incredibly strong, like febreez over cigarettes - just leave the cigarette smell, it would’ve been better. There were two tiny towels for the shower, the bed sheets were stained and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. The bed was like a pull out bed, minus the couch. Got itchy just standing in the room, immediately went to check out and cancel the stay. 100% do not recommend.“
