„I booked this property beacuse it had good reviews, however to my disappointment it wasnt the case. However the the staff seemed to be very unprofessional The front office didnt have any extra multiplug to give us ) It took 2-3 attempts to get water bottles to our room The restaurant staff are just ridiculous. No quality at all. The waiter who came to our table was reluctant to serve us and even was hesitant to bring us the ala carte menu. (They had a set menu and ala carte option) as a ...

„Schöner und grosszügiger Pool zum schwimmen. Eine ruhige Ecke zum Entspannen.“

„We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.“

„Schönes Hotel in den Hügeln um Kandy. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr gut.“

„This is a family-run hotel with a personal touch. The hosts were wonderful and super-helpful. Great location, great view, clean rooms. Lovely people. “

„Staff was very helpful and attentive. They personally looked into our needs and requirements in every moment. Special thanks to Psindu and Rukshan, for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Property itself is situated in a most scenic mountain range of Hantana, where many excursions are possible for wandering visitors. I would definitely come back during my next holiday.“

„Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere.

„Bathroom is clean and has hot water, room has AC, only thing is wall are looks like molded ,“
