PORTABLE A/C (AIR CONDITIONING)

This home has portable A/C available to help keep things comfortable when needed. Most summer days in the Tetons stay pleasant on their own, but it does a great job cooling things down during the warmer stretches of the season.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including both bedrooms, all living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and an attached single-car garage. Additional parking is available in the driveway. Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your stay. Please note that a few utility or owner's storage areas, if present, may remain locked and are not accessible to guests. Otherwise, you'll have full use of the home and its amenities throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to The Summit Townhomes, a newer community located on the west side of Victor, Idaho. The neighborhood offers a clean, modern feel with mountain views, attached garages, and easy access to both downtown Victor and the outdoor recreation that makes Teton Valley such a special place to visit.



You'll be just a few minutes from Victor's restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, grocery store, and local events. The location also makes it easy to explore the entire valley, whether you're heading to Grand Targhee for a powder day, crossing Teton Pass into Jackson Hole, or spending the day in Grand Teton National Park.



Guests love Victor for its relaxed pace, friendly atmosphere, and proximity to world-class outdoor recreation without the crowds and prices often found in neighboring resort towns.
