The house is located in the heart of the Quartier de France, a stone's throw from the city center and the banks of the Allier, the house is ideal for cultural and sporting outings.
Whether you are on a business trip, on vacation with family or friends, this house offers a little corner of tranquility and comfort with spacious and friendly rooms complemented by outdoor spaces.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and accommodates up to 6 travelers.

It is organized on 3 levels with on the ground floor a living-dining room opening onto a furnished terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom.

On the 1st floor, two bedrooms and on the 2nd floor another bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and dishwasher and also offers a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The house also has a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and cleaning is provided at the end of your stay.

The house is fully available to travelers on 3 levels.

Available and attentive, we will do our best to respond to your requests and make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

For your arrival, a key box will allow you to enter the premises without the need for an appointment.
