„When we arrived at 5pm both beds were unmade and we had to wait 4 hours for the cleaning team to come with fresh bed linen. The support team put a lot of effort into keeping in touch with us. The apartment itself is well furnished, but the cleanliness could be better and it was poorly soundproofed.“

Less than two blocks from metro station. Kitchen was a little tight, but we only used it to make coffee and snacks.“

No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente ...
