Tables and chairs on both upper and lower levels with a lovely deck on upper level and outside patio on lower level. Upper and lower levels can be closed off from one another. Living and dining areas on both levels share central space with views of the outdoors. There is an outdoor shower as well, for getting the sand off after beach visits.

Route A1A splits the Island longitudinally (north and south) providing a convenient, scenic route to Vero Beach to the south and Melbourne to the north. A mere two minute walk to Summerplace’s third of a mile long private ocean beach. The house provides free cable tv entertainment and WiFi.
