„Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else. ...

„There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. „With a last minute booking, we found this place in the middle of Batangas. It is accessible with taxi (P500-600) that hotel can arrange but not public transportation friendly. The location is 20 mins (14km) away from Batangas Port, for those who intend to go the Puerto Galera, there are more options near the port, but not as pleasant as this hotel. „the location is great and clean. we booked the premium villa for a nice vallentines stay and we had an 5 star expectation when we moved in. but the technical installations of our room did not meet what we expected: the aircon was not adjustable. we had to choose full load or off. finally we switched it of overnite. and the toilet flush was not working. obviously the check and maintenance need do a better work.“
