„Sehr sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, frisches & grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.“

„This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights. Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests. „The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. „The family room for 4 was in terrible condition. The drain in bath was choked, air conditioning didn’t work properly leading us to sleep in cold. The extended bed was uncomfortable. We had dinner in the accommodation which was fine. Overall not so good“

„Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite und der Lärm abends und nachts war schon erheblich. Auch der Schiffsverkehr gleich nebenan war nervig. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Restaurant hat 5 Sterne verdient. Der Standort vom Hotel ist genial direkt am See. Und der Blick auf den comer See unbezahlbar.“

„Sehr freundlich. Vielsprachig. Effizient. Schöne Lage. Saubere Zimmer. “
