„Super Zimmer - Pillow Corner ist top.“

Sehr leckeres Fischangebot. Entspannende Atmosphäre mit leiser Musik im Hintergrund. Lage perfekt Service zuvorkommend und stets freundlich“

„Had a very nice stay for one night. The traditional style room had everything we needed. And the hot spring baths were very enjoyable. Although it is close to the airport we did not notice any loud airplane noise at night time.“

„Very friendly staff, easy check in, near the trainstation. :)“

„Location was great and hotel excellent“

„Super friendly staff. They even picked me up from the station because I arrived late in Hakodate. They also helped with sightseeing planning. The Japanese style room was quiet, big and had everything I needed. The shared bathroom was always clean. The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and therefore a good starting point for sightseeing. Don't hesitate to ask the staff if you need something - they will always try to help you out!“

„We all stayed in Japanese/western rooms with private onsens. The rooms were old but well maintained. I have to give a low score as the hotel allows smoking and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We had to open all of the windows and allow airflow during our entire stay. Thankfully we came in the summer so we could open the windows and there was a nice and steady breeze. They gave us a spray to spray on the tatami mats and carpet but the smell of smoke was embedded into the walls and filters ...
