„Approach road very narrow and 11 Kms from Main road. No WiFi at hotel. Mobile connectivity not there. Walkie Talkie is provided for communication with staff. Safety is a major concern. No senior staff was there throughout our stay. Service is very good,which is one of the few plus points.“

„Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and delicious food. The beach was surprisingly uncrowded and clean. Given our visit in late monsoon, there were very few guests and I felt like I had the resort to myself. As with most resorts in India, the difficult part is getting there - long and uncomfortable road trips through unhygienic towns...but once you're there, it's great. “

„We did not have an amazing experience at Tamara Coorg. We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them. 1)food was deplorable. We come from a place of having been to other 5 or 7 star places in India and globally. 2) bathroom cleanliness, stains not up to par with 5 star standards. Our customer service point of contact Raziq made it better with constant engagement and trying to fix everything for us. 3) food ...

„This is a nice property maintained not so nicely. For one third of the cost, you should get three times better facilities and service. Easily one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, that too at exorbitant rate. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody.“
