„Solo fui a quedarme por un compromiso pero, el lugar está perfecto para pasar unos días con tu pareja, en la avenida hay muchos lugares donde comer y hacer compra. La habitación está muy bien equipada, hay estacionamiento en las afueras del lugar, las amenidades de la piscina están súper limpias y bonitas. El staff respondió rápido a una duda que tuve. „Die Zimmer sind über eine sehr schmale Treppe miteinander verbunden und es gibt keine Tür. Der Balkon war abgeschlossen und trotzdem hört man durch ihn leider die Leute auf der Straße reden. Da die Unterkunft in einer Bar- und Partystraße liegt, ist es nachts ziemlich laut. Außerdem kann man nicht lüften. Wir hatten zudem Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung und nur an einem Abend heißes Wasser.“

„The instructions on how to get inside were clear. We were met by the cleaning staff who was very welcoming and helpful. It is right off the Condado which was very convenient! BUT.. „Generally this is a perfectly located and very affordable place to stay. We stayed in room #1 which was spacious. I don't dare to complain due to the great affordability. „The place is clean and its very conveniently located right in the middle of Old San Juan. It is an old building but it adds to the experience. The only reason it does not have 5 stars is that it is loud as hell in the night. If you like the night life with all the bars and restaurantes at your fingertips this is for you.
