Location is great but photos are outdated and suite needs significant maintenance, cleaning and upgrades. There is excessive wear and tear throughout the suite. Caked on dust and dirt on light switches, ceiling fans, bathroom fans, mouldings, door handles… unfortunately the dirtiest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in, this is a classic Vancouver DIY rental suite with non professional finishings, cheap furniture and dirty, over used, dated window coverings. We’ve been super hosts for over 12 years and would not rent this suite out in this condition for the price being charged. It’s clear they don’t have proper cleaners, there was food left in the fridge, dust and dirt everywhere, the bidet is for an elongated toilet bowl but they’ve put it on a standard round bowl, the lights are old and burning out… lots of photos to support all claims. Owners want the money but don’t want to do the work of being a true landlord and host. They do charge a cleaning fee, not sure why.
