- Portable AC + ceiling fans in every bedroom

BACK HOUSE — 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): master queen bed + ensuite bathroom
- Living room sofa converts to a bed
- Full kitchen, washer & dryer in-unit, portable AC

Both spaces include high-speed WiFi, Netflix, and free parking. 7-minute walk to bus stops.

You will have the upper suite of the main house and the private back house, each with its own separate entrance. Please note there are two other rental units on the ground level of the main house; they are separately rented with their own entrances and share nothing with these two units.

Our home is a warm and welcoming family home that has been lovingly lived in and enjoyed over the years. While the space is thoroughly cleaned and carefully prepared before every stay, please note that it is not a brand-new or luxury show home, and some normal wear and tear may be present. We aim to provide a comfortable, cozy, and homey experience for all of our guests. Professionally cleaned between every booking.
