Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities. Free roadside parking is available nearby. This is an entire place booking, so there are no shared indoor spaces during your stay.

!!! Please note: The suite is located on the main level of the home. Hosts live upstairs, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds during your stay. We always do our best to remain respectful and keep noise levels minimal while guests are staying with us.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

Stay Extension: If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
