„Free parking and close to everything“

„Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....“

„Hotel is an overstatement. This place is a motel. Arrived from a trip around 12:30 am and they didn't have my room ready. Made me wait an hour before the cleaning lady arrived to clean a room for me to sleep in. Which sleep is something you might not get. Paper thin walls and again this is a motel so you hearing everything going on.“

„I was asked by your staff to pay a $100 security deposit on April 10th. This transaction has been processed and cleared from my bank account, but I have not yet received the refund! And nobody answered my messages! The breakfast is terrible. It’s been seven days without a single vegetable, and they serve the exact same thing every day! The housekeeping service never replaced the hand soap. Over seven days, we only received two mini soaps for three people! Unbelievable.“

„Great hotel! Fantastic location! Very friendly and attentive staff.“

„Very clean and spacious room with daily cleaning service, typical American breakfast, all freshly prepared, 5 min to subway, we never felt unsafe in Bronx, LOVELY STAFF 🙃 Highly recommended 🙃“

„Req100 USD per Night was not written in the reservation.“

„Es war sehr hellhörig und mehrfach“

„Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay.“

„location is their only benefit, everything was run down, its $25 for continental breakfast. no vending machines, small store was not well maintained or stocked. Doorman was great.“
