Main bedroom: A double bed (160 cm), perfect for peaceful, relaxing nights.

Welcoming living room: Direct access to a private terrace with sea view, ideal for sharing a moment together or simply enjoying the scenery.

Equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need to cook with ease.

Bathroom and toilets: A practical bathroom with shower. Separate toilet for extra comfort.



Guest Access:

The apartment is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, so you can enjoy complete privacy.



The Neighborhood:

The Casino area of Valras-Plage is a lively, touristic district, well known for its seaside activities and second homes. The Casino beach is a wide stretch of fine sand with many facilities such as showers, children’s play areas, and sunbed rentals. The area also offers water sports like kitesurfing, diving and beach volleyball. In summer, the beach is supervised, making it ideal for families.

Nearby, the Tranchant Casino attracts visitors with its games, restaurant and various events. The neighbourhood is bordered by a seafront promenade that links the port of Valras to the beach, offering beautiful sea views. Avenue des Elysées, which runs through the district, is lined with shops, restaurants and cafés, creating a lively and friendly atmosphere.

In short, the Casino area is a perfect place to enjoy the sea, have fun at the casino, or simply relax with family in a pleasant setting.



Getting Around:

On foot: The area is close to many attractions such as the beach, the port, and Avenue des Elysées with its shops. A pedestrian promenade runs along the seafront, ideal for getting around town easily on foot.

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
