„I wish I had better news to share about this property. The view was incredible and the kitchens and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything one would need for a stay. "Sehr guter Gesamtzustand, super Lage, tolle Ausstattung, wirklich sehr ruhig. Punktabzug Sauberkeit: Müll im Kühlschrank, trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht entsorgt. Punktabzug Service Rezeption: Emailadresse nicht richtig verstanden, nicht korrigiert im System (später rausgefunden). Falsche Rate berechnet, keine Lust das zu klären, einfach stumpf ist Trumpf abgerechnet (Nachspiel mit Expedia). Papierrechnung: Druckerpatrone leer, kaum lesbarer Ausdruck und keine Hotelanschrift auf der Rechnung (also gar nichts, das könnte auch von der Ford Werkstatt die Rechnung sein), auf meine Frage nach einem üblichen Briefpapier oder wenigstens Stempel kam nur ein Schulterzucken. Das fand ich schon bissl arg schlecht für so ein gehobenes Hotel. Hervorzuheben sind allerdings die Waiter im Restaurant, die waren ultra freundlich und zuvorkommend. "
