Upon entering our guests are welcomed with a spacious living/dining area with access to a fully equipped kitchen. Our home, also includes an AC and a smart TV for that extra comfort. With this location, amenities and comfort, this is perfect for any type of adventure or even just experiencing our beautiful capital city, nothing is more perfect. The place has also its private entrance.

WIFI and Air-conditioning. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Equipped for both short and long term rentals. Living area| Comfortable sofa, with a Smart TV (updated from photos) connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also just up the road is Valletta centre making all conveniences very easy to have especially for long terms. Bedrooms| 1 Full king sized bedroom. Laundry| Washer and dryer available at our home. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality. Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
