The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but had everything I needed—including a well-equipped kitchen, perfect if you feel like cooking (though you're surrounded by great restaurants). Walking distance to the Museo Nacional, Avenida Central, and Avenida 33 made exploring the city easy, and I felt safe walking alone at night thanks to visible police presence in the area. „I loved the location and the communication with the owner.There were some things that I would like to point out. 1) The blackout curtains in the master bedroom don’t go all the way down. No blackout.2) The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes noise when on high setting.3) The toe board on the balcony needs a good cleaning. There is mold. I would like to stay here again when I’m in San Jose.“

„Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! „When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money ...
