„My favorite hotel in Marinilla! Friendly staff, excellent service and honest! “

„Thanks for the bag Perfect for early morning flights“

„“I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Guatapé, this is perfect—and I’d give it more than five stars if I could!” I will be backfor sure😊“

„The service of the reception/restaurant was below average (bad) for such a place. Beyond slow, badly organized. We addressed the issues with the staff and the response was that other visitors recently complained as well. Whoever owns this place needs to bring in a person that knows how to run such a place. This is the same price range as cayena or one santuario in Colombia but the service is far below.“

„Nice, clean, good breakfast, very close to the Piedra de Guatape“

„The views are breathtaking. Nature at its best. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The hot tub was a plus and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely return.“

„Very nice place and location. The service and staff are great. Would highly recommend.“

„Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly and always ready to assist! I would definitely go back! “
