* These two apartments face a quiet street and do not have a terrace

* Shared front door and own entrances of apartments for full privacy

Both the building entrance and the apartment are equipped with electronic locks. You’ll receive personalized access codes before your arrival, so there's no need to worry about keys or coordinating arrival times.

It's ideally located just a 12-minute walk from the historic city center, making it the perfect base to explore Valencia’s iconic sights, museums, and vibrant old town streets—without being right in the middle of the tourist hustle.



Getting Around:

Getting around from La Saïdia is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is well-connected by public transport, with several bus and metro stops nearby that take you quickly to all parts of Valencia, including the beach and City of Arts and Sciences.



Other Things to Note:

The building has six quiet, equally sized studio apartments, each with a private entrance. These two face a quiet street; the other four face a peaceful patio. Good insulation ensures all units stay tranquil at night. Last-minute bookings are often available. Your specific apartment will be assigned based on availability at the time of booking.
