Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is less than 5 minutes from the seafront, with a bus and tram stop a few meters away and very close to the Polytechnic University.

-Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all the household items necessary for cooking.

- Spacious master bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, full-length mirror, wardrobe, ceiling fan with access to balcony.

- Second bedroom equipped with two 90x190cm single beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan and access to a balcony with views of the neighborhood.

- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink and mirror.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel. Coffee capsules and 1.5l water bottle from mineral water.

The neighborhood:

Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. XIX and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is the currently fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that the importance of the traditional and the authentic has generated. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places to go for beers and tapas.



All this without leaving aside the privilege of being 10 minutes walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specialized in paella, market on the promenade…)

In addition, La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and the Port of Valencia, with its emblematic sheds and modernist buildings, are also accessible within a 10-minute walk.

Due to its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname “little Venice”; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.
