This beautiful 150 m² holiday villa welcomes up to six guests and is the perfect escape for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation in Provence. The villa combines comfort and charm with a private swimming pool, a peaceful garden, and a sun-drenched terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals.

The villa offers three inviting bedrooms: the first with a comfortable double bed (180x200), the second with a double bed (180x200) that can also be arranged as two single beds (90x200), and the third with another cozy double bed (180x200). Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and WC, ensure convenience for all guests. A mezzanine with an additional lounge area provides extra space to relax.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a TV, fireplace, and lounge corner, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, and extractor hood.

Step outside and enjoy your private pool with sun loungers and a plancha for summer meals. Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Parking is available on the property for a hassle-free stay.

Ideally located just outside the center of Vaison-la-Romaine, you’ll be close to shops, supermarkets, and welcoming restaurants. Take time to explore the historic Roman Bridge, the Comtal Castle, and the charming old town before returning to the tranquility of your garden retreat.

Pets are not allowed

A baby bed and high chair are available for rent upon request, each for a fee of ten euros

A mandatory cleaning fee of one hundred and twenty euros is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
If you would like to rent bed linen and towels, please let us know at least one week in advance.

Pets are not allowed

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

No smoking on the property

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. He/She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
