What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. They were welcoming, informative, and always available to help. „Location is very close to the old town and to the Zurriola Beach. Room was very clean. Unfortunately, the house is currently nested, which clouds the view from the terrace. The room was quite small, unfortunately it is very noisy. We had the misfortune to have 2 English-speaking guests in the next room who talked loudly until 1:00 am and from 6:00 am in the morning. However, this is not the accommodation's fault...“

„Sehr kleines Zimmer; kleines Fenster, das zu einer Art Balkon (nicht betretbar) und Innenhof geöffnet werden konnte, von dem aber Essensdüfte hereinströmten. Es war alles vorhanden aber einfach nicht angenehm. Die Pension ist nicht per Auto erreichbar (auch nicht zum Be- und Entladen), für die Tiefgarage (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) haben wir für ca. 10 Stunden 30 Euro bezahlt. Das hat das ohnehin schwache Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis weiter verschlechtert.“
