„The cabin was very charming and cozy. I liked all of the decorative touches that made it homey. We loved the wrap-around porch, especially the back one where we spent a lot of time looking out over the grounds and mountains in the distance. The gardens around the house were lovely as well. There were scones, juices, teas, water, and coffees left for us in the kitchen. “

„This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!“

„We had the best time at Jay's place in Harpers Ferry. The house was great, check in was easy. We had 4 kids - ages 1 - 5 and the property was really kid friendly, with a nice backyard and space for playing in the house. The bedrooms were spacious and the whole house was clean and stocked. The location was AMAZING. We could walk everywhere in town; parks, coffee shops, restaurants, historic sites, etc. Definitely recommend!“

„You can't beat the mountain top view! The house was very nice and clean. Good cell reception and wifi. Amazing fire pit! Helpful and friendly owners. Getting up the mountain is a little rough, so a truck, Jeep, or SUV is ideal. But it's worth it!! No more than 20 or 30 minutes to every attraction, restaurant, or store. I would live here permanently if I could.“

„Checkin was easy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The house is adorable, well furnished and extremely clean. It's just off the main road, but was peaceful and quiet. We saw deer grazing out in the yard one evening.Only two things were less than perfect...the king mattress wasn't comfortable, and the staircase was horrible. I know there isn't much room, but that can't be the only option. “

„We absolutely loved all the antiques displayed. My friend and I were in our glory looking through the house and all of the antiques. It was a step back in time. We would recommend some nice rockers or good seating for the front porch. We wanted to sit outside and relax when we got there, but it wasn’t really set up on the porch with comfy seating for 4. “

"Had a room up on the 6th floor. Hot water could hardly call "hot" and the hot water pressure was very low and sometimes (when other people were using hot water as well?) down to a trickle. I tried using the Keurig coffee to make a cup of tea and the water came out with bits black stuff, even after the 5th rinse. So finally decided I was not so desperate for a cup of tea.... I had stayed in this hotel 18 months ago and it was much better back then-"
