Our bathroom door only had two screws holding it on and was hanging off, the lock only had one screw on it and was coming off, a tile flash was broken off near the closet. Despite all of that I still rated it high because the staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Maintenance did come and fix the bathroom door.
