„Check in is not guaranteed for 3:00. Mike, the guy working the desk got very nasty with us when we wanted our room. Apparently 3:00 is just a suggestion at this hotel. They ended up giving us a cheaper room but no refund on the price difference. Zero amenities in the room. No lotion, no fridge. Not even side tables. The blinds wouldn’t shut. The only good thing was the proximity to the stadium and the Roof Top bar.“
