„I selected this specific hotel based on it having a HOT tub and a pool. This hotel's pool and hot tub is fully structurally enclosed. The pool's temperature was no more than 70 degrees and the HOT tub was no more than 85-90 degrees. I was in need of a good HOT tub soaking from my sore muscles. I had no bathroom towels for being able to take a shower, I asked for some, and they didn't have any extra available towels in the entire hotel somehow.
