„We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. The 2nd night, the same thing happened, 1 room just towel service, the other, nothing. I don’t mind not having my bed made, but clean, ...

„Lil rough around the edges but unit was clean, smelled good, bed had no bugs, unit had no bugs! I would 100 stay here again- gym was very equipped! Taco Bell is a calling distance and I mean like 2 second walk. Bed was actuallly comfortable too, also more than 1 pillow. “
