"The hotel is nicely located a little outside of the town of Davos and while a shuttle service is offered, we took our own car, that allowed us to reach the slopes conveniently in just a few minutes.
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and come with a balcony and a great view.
The Spa area is very nice, clean and we very much enjoyed it.
The dinner at the restaurant la Muña on the 10th floor was amazing and so was the staff/service. Kosta was fantastic.
The hotel's staff and services otherwise were not good. It took them long to bring our bags to the room and we waited for about 1h until breakfast arrived to our room the next day. Particularly negative was the check-in experience with Agiliki. She clearly crossed a line in the way she was commenting on my girlfriends nationality for instance and her tone overall was far from polite and welcoming. "
