„Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.“

„The staff did not clean our room when we asked but did come to our room to bring towels.“

„Hotel war sehr neu. Zimmer waren Top alles super würde wieder kommen. “

„The first thing we noticed when we entered our room was a cockroach. The overall condition of the room was poor. We changed room after the Wildlife encounter, to get one where the toilet was working now and then. Wouldnt recommend this hotel Staff was not very friendly. Not a word of apology.“

„Die Küche ist toll sowie das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Check in schnell und sehr freundlich.“

„Gutes Stopover-Hotel, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der nähe“

„Tolles Frühstück, qualitativ hochwertig, guter Kaffee, tolles Personal“

„Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal war freundlich ander Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Leider ziehe ich einen Punkt ab , weil bei 6 Nächten nur einmal die Betten und das Zimmer gemacht wurde und das auch nur nach Vorsprache an der Rezeption.“

„great customer service,“

„This hotel was terrible. Towel dirty, room dirty, people hanging out in the parking lot like it’s a club. Bugs in the room, I will never stay here again.“

„Badewanne war kaputt und gat mir den Fuß aufgerissen. Nur kaltes Wasser. Frühstück gab es nicht, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand.“

„They tried to double there prices when all the people came to help with the hurricane 🌀 clean up went from 75 a night to 135 a night and rooms are nasty stairs about to fall down“

„Für eine Nacht ganz okey. Nix dolles. “

„Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic.
