„Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location and very friendly stuff. Will definitely stay here when I’m back in Bogota next time. “

„best hotel in Bogotá - great service - friendly and professional staff - will def. stay here again when back to Bogotá“

„Very good location in Bogota. Nice rooms. Very nice executive lounge with great food and amazing staff. Bellboys always smiling and friendly. Great gym. Reception staff very stubborn and not interested in finding a solution for problems. VAT was included in the expedia booking. Hotel staff insisted on paying anyway. Expedia reimbursed us this quick and customer friendly. THANKS EXPEDIA. All suites are to a very very noisy road. Bring earplugs“

Also with the help of earplugs we were unable to sleep. Never had such a bad experience in any hotel worldwide. Room amenities were good, but with several defects here and there. Shower door didn’t close, so water went to the entire bathroom. ...
