„I staid in this Hotel during the Canton Fair 2015. Try to use the provided shuttle bus if possible. Trying to get a TAXI during day or night is very hard. Almost no good restaurant surrounded (chinese or western) next restaurant 20min walk (as there is no taxi), only street food restaurant. + Reception service failed me many times!!! 1) They told me on the phone before I made my reservation a lower breakfast price than actual price during the Canton Fair (75 RMB instead of 128 RMB). "Ich komme seit 15 Jahren jährlich in dieses Hotel. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging nicht und es gab auch kein Fenster welches man öffnen konnte. Nach mehrmaligem Bescheid geben an der Rezeption konnte das Problem leider nicht behoben werden. Daher für diesen Aufenthalt keine gute Bewertung. Auch das Frühstück war nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Manchmal gibt es Frühstück bis 11 Uhr und manchmal bis 10 Uhr. Oft is es so überfüllt das eine längere Wartezeit besteht - das nervt morgens wenn man frühstücken möchte (und dafür Geld im Voraus bezahlt hat)…"
