„We rent a lake house every year, usually somewhere new. Had basically all our needs for cooking, sleeping, fun, water, and just to relax. We usually come well prepared but we didn't have to dig into our own stash of things for much. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking/serving items. The place was spacious enough for everyone to spread out with a larger living room for everyone to come together for meals/games. Ed is a great communicator and is quick to respond. „The property was perfect for fishing off the dock as well as docking our boats to fish the lake. The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Outdoors there are kayaks, paddle boards, cornhole boards, a fire pit. Inside the house was very clean and well kept. Jim is an amazing owner. He was very quick and informative to communicate with. „Beautiful Views and Very Clean House. My daughter had a golf tournament at The Coldwater Golf Club and it is four minutes from this property. The house was very clean and Cathy responded quickly to any questions. I also brought my younger daughter and she fished off the dock the whole time. „We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! “
