Beautiful home but service first 4 days was lacking
Beautiful home!
Was nervous about arrival because I never got a response from owner I had been communicating with that our driver was indeed picking us up at airport.
The staff was kind but was having to be physically told each day to please clean up and make beds, take away dirty towels, supply fresh towels and toilet tissue.
By day 5 it seemed like the house staff finally cleaned without being asked each day. The water also kept going off making showers and toilet flushing tough until the 5th day as well. We also didn’t have breakfast as requested one morning due to the house manager leaving for a meeting and only notifying us at 7:40am on WhatsApp that we had to tell her ASAP if we wanted food to be cooked for us. I responded yes please but still no one ever came cook as planned.
We stayed about 11 days total and by 5th day things were better that the start but in comparison our friends in a villa next door never expletives any of these things.
The Driver was amazing and very sweet and the staff was good at helping set excursions and appointments. Food wasn’t very good so we got take out mostly.
