"Super schönes Hotel. Das Bergblick-Zimmer hat sich 100% gelohnt, Fuji war in den frühen Morgenstunden super gut zu sehen. Tolles Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, einem einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen."

"Das Hotel ist für Kurzbesuche ausgelegt. Von hier ideal für den Besuch des Freizeitparks und Blick auf den Mount Fuji oder nähere Erkundung. Familienhotel, das Maccaroni Restaurant bietet preiswertes und sehr gutes Essen an. Auch gute Steaks. Alles in allem, wir hatten einen schönen Tag und das als Abstecher von Tokio mit einer Übernachtung. Wer mit dem Bus kommt, ideal, da die Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel/ Freizeitpark liegt"

"Super friendly staff, the onsen is unreal and there’s free transport to Kawaguchiko main station. We stayed in a beautiful traditional Japanese room and even the breakfast is in traditional fashion. The building itself is also very traditional. There’s so much more fun stuff that I could talk about but best you go and find out yourself. Ten out of ten stay! Definitely recommend and I would love to come back again! Thank you for the stay and this experience :)"

"I had a wonderful two-night stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. The onsen facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Kandel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. I had accidentally left my passport at a previous hotel, and Kandel kindly assisted me in contacting them and coordinating the delivery of the passport to my current location. His support and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m extremely grateful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuji area."
