Comfortable 24 m² apartment located on the ground floor of a family house with a beautiful, spacious garden overlooking the sea, fenced and available for shared use. The comfortable and carefully furnished accommodation is situated in the tourist area of Umag, the most popular among visitors. The area is unique for its variety of beaches and coastline surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in different species of evergreen shrubs, pine trees, and cypresses. The beach can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes. The house is located in a quiet, sunny area surrounded by greenery, yet still centrally positioned. The tennis courts where the famous Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has been held for years are only 800 m away.

The apartment consists of a spacious room with a double bed (160x200 cm), 2 bedside lamps, bedside tables, bed linen provided, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat-screen satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer, and two bath towels per person are provided. The living area features a dining table with two chairs, a sofa, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, stove with 3 gas burners and 1 electric hotplate, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. From the living area, there is access to a covered veranda furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a good glass of Istrian wine in the evening. The accommodation is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Private parking for one car is available in the courtyard or outside the courtyard near the house, free of charge. The house offers a magnificent, well-maintained shared garden equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs, swing, olive trees, and a beautiful lawn. From the garden, there is direct access to the Umag promenade.

The beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes (600 m). The area is quiet and sunny. The nearby beaches vary to satisfy every need: sandy, rocky, pebble, and fully equipped beaches, with the possibility of renting sun loungers and umbrellas. These beaches are made unique by the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast, which allows you to find shade during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, simply move a few hundred meters along the coast, as the characteristics of the beaches change. For fitness enthusiasts, free outdoor gym equipment is available along the promenade.

The nearest beach is 600 m away, the grocery store is 800 m away, and the restaurant is 250 m away.

Near the apartment, there are several restaurants and pizzerias. Only 100 m away is the station of the tourist train, which departs from the Katoro tourist resort and travels along the coast to the center of Umag and back. The center of Umag, located 1.5 km away, can comfortably be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tourist train.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag Breakwater, exploring the narrow and fascinating streets of Umag's old town, visiting the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the town-center stores, or visiting the seaside stalls and playground for the delight of children.

For purchasing larger quantities of groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, riding centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adventure park for children, and a mini-golf course at Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat or bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, traditional restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food establishments, and bars. Those who wish to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days unsuitable for the beach or for evening outings, we recommend unforgettable excursions inland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views over the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town, famous for its film festival, which has been held every year at the end of July for many years. Livade is known for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts wishing to admire the sky and stars can visit, by appointment, the Višnjan Astronomical Center, located 30 km from Umag. Cave enthusiasts should visit the wonderful small Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions. Various boat trips called "Fish Picnic" are organized, with fish- or meat-based picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the enjoyment of children, visit the Istralandia Water Park, 20 km from Umag, and the Dino Park theme park in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed and excitement is assured for both adults and children. For food lovers, there are several opportunities to taste excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, traditional Istrian prosciutto, and much more.
